But anxiety is also a messenger. It signals when something feels too much, too unpredictable, or too lonely. This talk explores anxiety not as a disorder to be eliminated, but as a form of communication. Drawing on neuroscience and clinical practice, we will consider what anxiety may be signalling about cognitive load, identity, and belonging.
