Workshop details

Join us for an in-person symposium that brings together expert perspectives from dietetics, psychiatry, neuroscience, and psychology to explore youth anxiety not merely as a diagnosis to manage, but as a meaningful bodily and emotional messenger.
Together, we will examine the deep connections between the gut–brain axis, introception, nervous system regulation, and the developing mind—unpacking how physiological cues, relational experiences, and modern psychosocial pressures shape anxious prediction.
By integrating medical, nutritional, psychiatric, and therapeutic lenses, this event offers an embodied, biopsychosocial framework for care, culminating in a dynamic panel discussion that translates cross-disciplinary theory into compassionate, holistic practice and care of the children, adolescents , families and communities that we work with.
We can't wait to have you join us for this CPD-accredited symposium, open to medical and allied healthcare professionals from all disciplines.
CPD points have been applied for.
Hosted by Collective Tapestry: every discipline holds a thread so that together, we see and work with the whole picture.
